Changelogs / I Update

• Suggestions tab removed and relocated!
  The Suggestions tab has been closed due to a technical issue where it failed to display suggestions after they were answered and marked as completed. To maintain better functionality and community engagement, suggestions have been relocated under the Forums section and can now be found under the Community category. 
  
  
• Terms & Services updated!
  The updated rules reflect a comprehensive overhaul aimed at improving clarity. Update incorporates a new structure, and introduces updated guidelines to address community needs. These updates aim to create welcoming, safe, and well-organized community. 
  
  
• GitHub pages adjustments!
  Few plugin GitHub project pages have been deleted as part of ongoing effort to streamline project management. However, Spigot pages for these projects will remain active.
