I understand that there are times where you can't find the answer you are looking for and you just need a bit more help. There are a few ways you can reach out for help. The fastest way to get support is to search projects wikipedia page for answers to your questions (for example projects GitHub page). 

Second option is to use support forums, where you can ask for help from the community. Forums is a place for you to give feedback, report issues, showcase your edition using my projects, or just discuss stuff related to the projects.

Third option is private tickets for customers (bought via BuiltByBit). You can verify your purchase here. Support tickets and DM option is for premium resources (meaning you have paid for it). You can always DM me on BuiltByBit platform or validate your purchase on the website and get access to Support Tickets. All tickets are only answered by me.

Support Ticket Statuses:

  • Open - You have opened a ticket. The ticket has reached the system and is waiting for a response.
  • Under review - An additional question has been received on your ticket or the issue is being investigated.
  • Closed - Your question or request has been answered. Ticket closed.
  • Solved - The issue is resolved. The conversation is closed and archived.
